Mindy opened Once Upon a Vacation in 2012 after God blessed her “side gig” of planning Disney vacations into a full time career.  With the addition of each knowledgeable travel advisor, the OUAV team expanded into a full service travel agency. Beyond all things Disney, we now also have experts in European destinations, Hawaii, Caribbean escapes, and multiple cruise lines.  Mindy is over the moon excited to also have a certified autism travel professional on the team enabling us to provide outstanding support and travel related services to an individual on the autism spectrum as well as their family. These days Mindy spends the majority of time taking care of the needs of her team so they can take care for the needs of our clients.  However, she still offers planning services to her repeat clients and direct referrals.
